Leopard print seems to stand the test of time. Some will argue that animal print is always “in style,” especially leopard print. Some will argue that it’s more of a trendy print and tends to go out of style. Leopard print is by far my favorite animal print. In my opinion, I consider it a neutral and goes well with any look! Let me be honest. I might have an unhealthy obsession with leopard print as I have leopard print dresses, shoes, shirts, accessories and bags. You name it, I got it.
So here were are entering the end of summer and D.C. is finally gracing us with some pleasant weather. I tend to get excited about fall nearing as I start to think of all the pieces I need to purchase for fall. I’ve already started finding a few pieces here that will be great for fall/winter DC weather. The leopard print dress and gown from Mango are currently on sale. I really love the fall and winter seasons by the way. But until then, I will enjoy this 80-degree weather.
Don’t judge, but I own four pairs of Loeffler Randalls and all four of them are an animal print of some kind. These shoes, in particular, are a pair of leopard print espadrilles I purchased from Net-a-Porter a few years ago. Although this pair of espadrilles are no longer available, I love these here and here.
The crossbody bag is from Banana Republic and was purchased a few years ago as well. I love these crossbody bags here and here. To be honest, I have no clue where I got the bracelet. But I found a couple that I love here and here. My leopard belt is from J.Crew.
Although this is about all things leopard print, I’m also wearing two of my favorite items. A pair of AG jean shorts and Trouvé vest I got from Trunk Club (A Nordstrom Company). My white tee is from Madewell. I’m a huge fan of great fitting tees and Madewell has a great selection of them here and here .
Before I go, I want to share a round-up of leopard print items I’ve been eyeing from Madewell. I think they will transition well into fall!!! What do you think?!?
